Browser Based Games

Afternoon folks,

I was browsing sourceforge and came across a few browser based games which might be worth our while having a look at.

The two that seemed best from my quick glance where:
NetRisk (http://sourceforge.net/projects/netrisk/) - Which is basically risk in a browser. Seems nicely done.

BlackNova Traders (http://www.blacknova.net/) - This was been run at one time on boards.ie not sure if its still is. Basically vga planets/planetarion.

Interesting Im gonna have a look at this in more detai. All it needs to run is PHP and SQL? Would mySQL work?

Both just need mysql and php. The risk one needs pear as well.

Theres a few others such as legend of the green dragon which I had running here for a while.

Its a nice looking one alright. But I was thinking of something we could host ourselves. Give us something to do while we wait for our turns :)
