Civilization IV - Warlords.

As I am sure most of you are aware of the release of the expansion pack Warlords for it.

So the question is are many here thinking of getting the expansion and if the numbers are right should be upgrade the current games (if possible) to include this.

By the way, the Warlords expansion operates seperately from vanilla Civ4 and has its own executable etc, so existing save games and more importantly, existing multiplayer games are unaffected by installing it.

I picked up a copy of Warlords on Sunday and I'm pretty impressed with it so far. It adds quite a bit to the game and is well worth the purchase.

Hopefully, some more of you will pick it up also and we can get a new game going - perhaps one of the interesting custom scenarios included with it. The scenarios have their own tech trees, units & buildings and seem to be particularly combat orientated. Might make an interesteing change from the current ongoing games.

I've ordered it from cdwow and it will be at my house shortly. I, however will be away from my house until early september. :( Additionally, no sooner am I back at my house, I'll leave it again for 4 weeks, back for one, away for 5. I'm pretty much expatriated at this stage. :o Thank goodness for laptops.

I'd like to get into another game as I'm loving our current game (The best of all current games :-*), It'll be late september before I could begin to play Warlords. Oh well, there'll be others I'm sure.
