I've stuck up a Quake II server on games4.iol.ie

Everything you need can be found here (http://ftp://ftp.blueyonder.co.uk/blueyondergames/quake2/). The only extra on the server is the CTF maps.

If I can find the files for 'No Surrender' I'll stick that up as well.
